How far in advance should we book?+
Most couples reserve 6 to 12 months ahead, and prime spring and fall dates go first. If your date is soon, ask anyway. If it's open, it's yours.
When will we receive our films?+
Your social-media trailer arrives first, and the complete film is delivered in 30 business days or less, a date we put in writing, not a vague estimate. The Cinema package is prioritized at 21 business days or less.
What happens if the videographer is sick or has an emergency?+
You'll always have a filmmaker at your wedding. The Signature keeps a backup videographer on standby, and The Cinema books a second videographer for the full day. If something ever kept me away, I have trusted filmmakers I can call on, and your footage is backed up in more than one place the moment it's shot. Nothing rides on a single camera or card.
Will our film be shared or posted publicly?+
Only if you want it to be. We're pro-intimacy and pro-privacy: your wedding film and footage are never shared, posted, or shown to anyone outside your circle unless you ask us to. Whether yours is ever shown anywhere is entirely your call.
Do you travel outside the Gulf Coast?+
Local travel across Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Bradenton is included in every package. Getting married somewhere else? We love a road trip. Just ask for a travel quote.
How do payments work?+
A deposit reserves your date, and you can pay it by card with no processing fee. Flexible payment plans spread the rest out before the wedding. No surprises, no hidden charges.
Can we shape the moments in our film?+
Absolutely. Before the edit we ask about the moments and people who matter most, so the film feels like you, not a template.
